Chat Banned for Voice Dissaproval of my Junglers Pick?
Just recently, i received a chat ban because everyone on my team reported me for "toxic".
I said in champ select that i didn't want a brand jungle. and once the game started, i voiced this again in all chat, and then i was done talking about it.
fast forward a bit brand starts doing well, and my team starts flaming me (as is typical for anyone who disagrees with a carry) calling me %%%%s, telling me im stupid, retarded, that I'M toxic. i try to keep my calm about me, keeping it as calm and peaceful as i could, which was hard to do amongst the "stfu you need to apologize".
Then they start flaming me in all chat, telling the enemy to report me because i was being toxic (for not apologizing to brand?) so then i asked them to pay attention to what my teammates said in all chat and see who was the toxic one. of course my team continues to flame me harder, telling me "the enemy don't believe you, you're getting reported" i ignored all this, because i had faith in riots ability to look at chat logs and judge who's the problem, however it seems that Riot is still using the bots to hand out punishments, because the next game i get into, IM the one who gets the chat ban, all because several toxic players reported me.
im not even asking that this get lifted, because i dont care., but id like Riot to start taking reports seriously, and stop using bots to control everything. Using bots may be cheaper, but it creates a game that those who are toxic and exploit-y will always win.
