Player admits to intentionally trolling on Twitch, anything can be done?

I can't name and shame, but if I made a report to Riot would they even take it seriously? I know Riot support is a bit of a coin flip, and 80% of the time they either don't or can't do anything for you.

But he did admit to picking a troll champion to screw over his ranked team mates. (This was on Twitch though, but while streaming on that account)

More or less wanting to confirm that this player can more or less feed any game he wants without repercussion. But would love to hear other wise.

Report the player after the game if they are consistently feeding they will be banned.

You say support 80% of the time don't/can't do anything for you - what do you mean? If you make a report through the support, they investigate the report. They won't tell you what the outcome is, but they do investigate (and the report is held on file for further investigation in the future if need be).

I'm not sure that Riot would take action based on a Twitch stream clip statement, however.

100% of the time, Riot is not going to tell you about any action taken against another player's account. It's not your business.
