The enemy skarner sold his items for mobis and ran down mid after his mid laner stole his blue buff. I looked on op.gg and he has ran down mid 10 games in the last 24 hours. He keeps up in levels somewhat tho and only runs down mid for half of the game, while actually playing for the other half.

I know their is a rule against name and shame, so I encourage you to op.gg my summoner name, and look at the skarner from my last game. its actually incredible. After my game, he int'd two games in a row and seems to be inting another one currently. Absolutely fascinated to see how many he will get before Tantrum has to manually do something as the IFS doesn't care!

OK so its the morning and looks like he made it to 11 before playing his last game sort of seriously. He still int'd (most deaths on his team by far) but also had reasonable kill participation.
