I think playing poorly should be completely reportable. An option for "very bad judgement and decision making" should be allowed in the lobby and if player gets too many of those, they should have to fucking do remediation in normals. I am sick of playing ranked with teammates who don't care about ranked, winning, or are not focused.
How bad is too bad? And who decides?
Is this game, where you went 2/9, did the second least damage on your team, died multiple times past river while only placing 11 wards in a 36 minute game (suggesting you either didn't buy any/very few control wards, confirmed by your build), had the lowest non-support/jg cs on both your or the enemy team, about 90 less than your lane partner... Need I go on?
There's too many statistics to reliably determine if someone's "bad enough" to get punished or remediation. I did the above to illustrate how hard it'd be to determine if someone is "bad" based on the statistics, or reports. It doesn't seem so good when you're the one getting looked at.. does it?
Point being, you can find games anyone's playing that look bad. Do you want to have to "remediate" just because I can pull out bad statistics/deaths in those games, or because people were mad at you and reported you?
Then make a 5 man premade. And if you are so much better than the others in your rank then you should be winning more than average since you are the only constant in your games.
If nobody else cares and you do, and you are consistently losing, maybe you care too much and it is causing it to be harder for you to win. I know my win rate started going up after I stopped caring so much on winning or losing and started caring about improving myself rather than focusing on how good those around me are.
And after such a system you'd complain about the trolls reporting you for that just so you'd have to play Normals.
Op.gg says you belong in #LOW SILVER which is where you are at. 40% win rate in 42 games. This is my new account as well, I still placed in S1 and got to Gold 15 games after. Before you say you're learning Aatrox, I am also learning my one trick. You have no excuse. Fact is you're not as good as you think you are.

If you're always playing against bad players ,then you're probably bad yourself.
There are plenty of factors that go into how a player does in a game. But all in all, if they're consistently bad, their MMR will adjust for them.
if riot got rid of all the bad players then those of d3 and higher elos would be the only players left.
