calling a item or champ cancer is fine, telling someone to contract it is complete Bull.

Because children are attempting to make new lingo. "Salty," "Cancer," and a few other words are having their meanings changed.. or rather they are trying. Sadly we of generation X don't give a crap about this little rebellion of our children, unlike our parents did. Rather makes this rebellious streak a failure, and just look really stupid.

the better question...

why do people cry about what random people say to them over the internet?

People with very little exposure to life, usually are the kind to use this vocabulary.

Well, it's typical vayne player, also as you stated he/she was D5 so probably boost. The other thing that I also do not understand bans/restrictions for words in any video game.

Who cares, its toxicity. If words hurt you then just mute them and forget about it. Theyre a nobody behind a screen that you will never meet.

Some people seem to believe that winning the earlygame is the most important thing not only in the game but in the entire universe...

Tell us about how you tell people to uninstall the game on the board, because they disagree with you.

Wishing someone cancer and calling something cancer are completely different things. Wishing you get cancer is not okay, and you should report that person.

But if im playing against a teemo top as nasus, im gonna say "damn, teemo is such cancer" because it's a video game, and not a Social Justice rally.

Maybe it wasnt your point, but it still bothers me some people get so emotionally wrecked by it.
