if the que pops and during champ select someone leaves. i tend to cancel the que and reque so i dont get target banned or group with those ppl who were fighting in pregame etc. so this is like a reflex almost for me at this point. so i just did that and it restarted the 20 minute penalty, does taht count towards the 5 that i have to sit through or did i fuck myself by canceling the que after that guy left champ select?
Hmmm, i also do that every time someone dodge i cancel the queue and wait like 1/2 minutes. I never had low priority because of it. Do you cancel by using the "decline" button ? I do it via the little cross button before the launcher asks me to accept/decline a game.

What happens when I cancel the queue that I was waiting in? If you cancel either during the low priority queue or the regular queue afterwards, you will have go through the low priority queue again from the start.
So i'm pretty sure it happens only if you already had low priority queue.
