Ranked Community Tribunal: A Suggestion

I know trolling and intentionally feeding for YouTube views has been an ongoing trend for a long time. But, as a member of this community I think I, along with the rest of us who play this game should aid Riot in specifying who specifically does this more often. I have two examples of this. Unfortunately, I cannot get the chat logs from the game end screens to further prove their intentions, but I believe Riot does. The report option is good, but has its certain limitations, at least if we can come up with a board where we can target these individuals (fairly, of course) we can serve as a Ranked player tribunal to aid Riot and continue to keep this game fair and competitive for all. Most of the times, the enemy team is just going to egg the player on and that's totally understandable, who doesn't want a free win in ranked. I hope I am not stepping out of bounds, but I love this game and it has helped me in the past. I doubt I have credentials to actually work for Riot so don't comment "why don't you just work for them". We as a community can help by acting a jury to indict these players to the tribunal. Here, Riot members and moderators can see specific proof by providing links of their gaming trends and chat logs. I want this game to be fair for everyone, regardless of rank, and a new/legitimately unskilled player can be respected and forgiven, but not trolls.

In this case we have [NAME REMOVED] (Such an elegant name, no?). As , went Top lane with smite and just ran into the enemy multiple times intentionally. Also, in the end game chat (unfortunately I was unable to provide the screenshot) specifically said "And that my friends, is how you make a great youtube video while enraging a bunch of kids". Just awful. Not even forgetting the fact that the other players, who have gone through this in the past didn't even bother reporting because "they wont ban him so whats the point". These people are getting away with this too much.

Here we have [NAME REMOVED]. Clearly this was a bot. As , this player never spoke, had unnatural moving patterns, and just ran into the and that were opposing them. If you refer to the image, has only played bot and custom games prior to the match, yet they are Silver 4? Clearly a bought account. Let get something done about it before they just change their names and continue to do this.

Maybe an IP based ban should be implemented in these kinds of circumstances. After careful review and multiple instances with image, video, and chat log proof provided by us, the community, and Riot. Maybe as a community we can also end up tracking certain videos around the net and show proof of where these summoners troll for views and monetary gain. If we enforce these rules with Riot we can help quell this ongoing issue.

Heck, maybe if riot even implemented a rewards based system, which would punish those who abused it in a negative way (reporting just to report), we might just get enough backing to help Riot and improve the community as a whole.

(TL;DR, We should start aiding Riot and serve as a community tribunal by specifying instances of blatant and intentional feeding/trolling though screenshots of match history, chat logs, and gameplay recaps.)
