This smurfers who flame newbies should get perma banned

i remember when i started league 3 years ago i was around lvl 2-3 ish playing with my freind as a taric garen bot lane we were totally noobs , we faced a smurfers duo was obv in their play style and name , yes they rekt us so hard , but everytime they killed us they spammed shit like '' REKT EZ LOL '' , '' HAHA SO EASY '' and they started to spam emotes as if it meant something , but that time we had no idea what is going on i mean what did we do wrong to get flamed on like that ? that what i kept asking my freind and he said idk. for me those are the worst part of league's community , and the best part ? newbies don't know how to report so yeah this smurfs flame with no limits in low lvls driving people to quit this game .

Those are smurfs that actually are not smurfs, which are 95% of so called ''smurfs'', either bronze or silver, and that is not smurfings, that is just wasting their own time.

1st off all the thing that you described isn't by any means FLAMING . Flaming is beeing insulted by the enemy/team by beeing called names etc etc. Saying things like easy in all chat isnt reportable nor will it ever be. yeh some softer players might get annoyed by it but it doesnt matter one bit. If i outplayed the shit out of you and say easy in all chat it is not flaming. If i outplayed you and say easy you suck kid THIS is what flaming is stop beeing butthurt over everything you are making this game annoying. By no means a smurf should be making ajoke out of low lvls but saying EASY in all chat isnt reportable let alone a reason for a PERM ban?? are you serious lmfao... Also no real smurf would ever talk shit to low lvl's they jsut stomp their way to 30 and play ranked the one who flame are silvers and bronze players who think by making anew account they will get out of silver bronze. HINT: they will never get out of it.

I disagree, new players are no fun to get on your team and more established players should be protected instead.

Perma ban should be harsh, but an indication of their unacceptable behaviour should be in place. I started yesterday and people's behaviour is just atrocious. Some people even start insulting me before the match even starts because I type "Hello, I wish you the best of luck. Enjoy yourselves.". Hell a few matches ago someone from the enemy team asked my team to report someone for being autistic. Atleast his teammembers were enjoying my responses to him and it shut him up. I never lose my cool, but many people in these low level matches are truly pathetic.
