Need Help with Toxic Behavior

How does one become less toxic? I noticed myself getting more and more toxic as I move from mid to top. ( Zed always banned ) Last game, I instinctively all capped and typed "I WILL SKULLFCK EVERYSINGLE ONE OF YOU PIECES OF SH!T IF I HAD GOOD PING, YOU GAE AS %%%S" pls no h8 and no ban.

just drop the goals you have for this game. its easier to not be toxic if you dont have any goals to look forward to.
