Recent Issue

Dear Riot,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you today seeing that I encountered an issue for a second time yesterday in the season 6 ranked season's short start. The issue that I have encountered are players threatening to feed in champion select and picking a troll champ to get other players to dodge and therefore suffer the consequences. My main example is as follows:

Yesterday, I was duoing with my buddy. We hop into a champ select and immediately, a player says he "hates the game" and is going to feed. The only way to avoid this "feeding fest" is to dodge or take the loss. Of course, no one took the player seriously and they happened to be last pick. So we go through a bans and champion selects. The player that was going to go jungle picked second and selected vi. So we get to last pick and the "troll" player selects janna and picks smite and cleanse. We already had a support as well. So now there is some worry. In fear of this, I decided to dodge since it was first ever dodge. After the dodge about 2-3 minutes later, I received a message from one of the players saying that in the next champ select, that same troll was laughing saying they threaten players by feeding just to get them to dodge.

I ask what you would recommend against these type of players. I dont remember the summoner name but will keep track for future use.
