Bye Riot (I tryed hard)

After struggling almost 2 month with support for what I believe a false detection of 3er party software, hacks, exploits, etc. I have to say I have lost a lot of money, more than 5 years building an account and what's even worst, I do like the game.

What I don't like is an unfairly unproben ban. All that being said, today I got last response from support that they are sure I did cheated. Great game. Awfull Support. Most likely a fraud.

I'll be uninstalling the game, and not encouraging any friend to invest time or money. Is the only thing I can do.

Wish you all Good luck, specially when you get a permanent suspension for something you didn't even knew it could be done.

they can perma suspend you for any reason without even telling you if they wanted. it is in the terms of service. Maybe don't use 3rd party i guess? lol

I really don't care about all the users that will come here to say that. You are trusting them not to be mistaken. I garantee I have brain enough not to risk a cheat in a 5 year account. Oh well, feel free to support them instead of players, speaks highly about you. Do you even work for them?

i don't work for riot, but i have run into cheaters. Of course when caught with cheating or even just a perma ban for being verbal they always try and find a way after they see the punishment was serious. "oh riot i swear i wont be toxic again" or "i swear i never cheated". Very few im sure get banned for "cheating" so when it comes up and you said they went over your case so they did check it to make sure it wasn't a false positive. Guess you used a 3rd party they didn't approve, weather you did it intentionally or not is unknown to me but i guess you did. Please complain more as i enjoy playing the game

It's always possible that someone used illegal 3rd party mods on your account without your knowledge.

True, but only if you consider someone using an account without the owner's consent. That, if it was the case, still wouldn't technically be a mark against the OP.

Unfortunately it would be. Users are responsible for the security of their own account, so basically Riot holds them responsible for actions taken on it when they do something that gets it stolen. They do revert permabans for this sometimes, but not always.

And no, I don't really agree with their policy so please don't argue against it to me.

That was always my main concern, plus the fact one day I tryed to log and page said i was trying "too many times" (When it was the first!) Even so, if someone did hacked the account, it doesn't appear on match history. I do remember that last game at U.R.F mode. So that remains unsolved.

My suggestion would be to provide them the IP's that you play from and request to check if it was accessed somewhere else. Even if they verify with you that someone else was on it I can't guarantee they'd be able to help you. If nobody else has been on the account, there could be something on your own PC or PC's you've played from.

There are some people that claim various programs that aren't meant for 'cheating' flag the system, so providing a list of the processes running on your PC might help if that was the case.

you have being more helpfull than support, and I am not joking. I did tell them that I would give more data, like network and logs but they say it's not neccesary. Some guy there told me to hold on because he did appeal my call and they told him the same, they were sure that I or someone cheated. Whatever. I dont even know if you can feel what it means to quit this game, that is actually great for some glitch or flag ot hi jacked account. I can tell you want to help. But Im done. Thank you anyway.

I might still watch some games like C9 or CLG, and I do expect them to win SKT one day! If that fails I have to say Assians will rule the world next 100 years. xD
