After struggling almost 2 month with support for what I believe a false detection of 3er party software, hacks, exploits, etc. I have to say I have lost a lot of money, more than 5 years building an account and what's even worst, I do like the game.

What I don't like is an unfairly unproben ban. All that being said, today I got last response from support that they are sure I did cheated. Great game. Awfull Support. Most likely a fraud.

I'll be uninstalling the game, and not encouraging any friend to invest time or money. Is the only thing I can do.

Wish you all Good luck, specially when you get a permanent suspension for something you didn't even knew it could be done.

they can perma suspend you for any reason without even telling you if they wanted. it is in the terms of service. Maybe don't use 3rd party i guess? lol

This sucks man :/. The exact same thing is happening with me and to be honest i dont see a way around it no matter how innocent we truly are..
