How Does Riot "knows" you are cheating?

Hi guys, i need a tech guy reading this... Since Riot support still havent aided me in my suspension. If you wonder why im here, at forums is because I don't know what to do. Im 100% Riot is wrong. I never cheated. But the thing is i cant fight or appeal their suspension. So... if any can check this:

I wonder if using "Ram Saver Pro" can mislead Riot to flag me with a 3º party program or something like that. (ill post a link with a screenshot of the program)

(I had no luck at support) I don't know if they check anything or just say the same copy / paste stuff.

They say i used some script but don't tell me what or how (funny thing is I didn't know about those things till i got here).

This account has more than 5 years, 10 runes pages. And lots of skins. Being playing ranked for 4 seasons. This is a big deal and i can ensure I didnt use nothing for hacking or exploiting. It's kind a joke my last games were in U.R.F. mode. No smart guy would cheat in any mode, less in URF. Seems a bad Joke the ban.

HELP! :(

I recommend sending in several detailed support tickets.

Also keep posting on the boards, if this post is seen by Rioters such as Tantrum (not specifically him/her),they sometimes come on here and look into the case of the why the player was Perma banned.

They could the best thing you can do is contact support and let them know that you use ram saver pro and ask.

I remember punk buster hackers and cheaters would take game cheat codes form actual cheats or rather the coding of the program and send it in IRC to get a bunch of innocent people banned in theory this could be done on League too depending their detection system if people were in IRC or friends.

keep in mind there are lots of custom skins out there that gives unfair advantages. some you know, some you may not such as:

  • splitting CS in how many each minion you and your opponents have killed
  • jungler timers
  • no fog of war
  • skill shot assisting visua aids

list goes on

The use of various programs designed to "help you" with windows can be easily mistaken as 3rd party software. When I play LoL, I have nothing up in the background, nothing other than chrome up in the background, and maybe VLC or WinAmp (yes, it's still around) for some killer tunes in the background.

Who knows what you have up in the background that coulda flagged you... Could be anything.

Well Guys and for anyone reading, i just got another answer from Riot saying that this program was not the issue. They can't offer any concrete data about what data left them to punish me, because that information might be used to exploit the system in future seasons.

This is it outregeous. If I would have that information, I wouldnt need to ask about it. NONSENSE again.

Riot Logic.

Riot just stole my account, they refuse to tell me what did i Do. THis is pointless. Good bye a 5 years account, more than 100 U$S RP, looted skins and almost all champions. Never playing this game after this. Aye.

They have access to your input biometrics, and I think the client can scan your memory for known exploit code, or the client might have honeypot APIs (or whatever the technical terms for that is) which are not hooked into under normal circumstances and something might be up if they detect something hooking into those.

idk I do not think forum users are able to help you since they do not have access to what riot based their decisions on so

Riot does bans in waves and they won't tell you what they detected because that makes it for the people who make scripts to avoid bans. Unfortunately there really isn't anything that the boards can do.

The thing is that people who actually did cheat know very well that they have literally nothing to lose on claiming innocence which makes your situation all trickier for you.
