@Riot Suspensions... Let's smite people away

A- I' ve being strugling with tickets, and more than 1 month without my account.

1. I thought, well it was a mistake. Since I have being reading here some examples of that.
2. No matter what you think, just follow me in the pledge. Never used any 3º party software. Including MKlol, wich I read about it here.
3. Account seems not be hacked, at least due to match history. I remember playing it (it was on U.R.F. Mode)
4. I can agree on you that anyone can claim innocence. There's no doubt I have a problem there.
5. Since the account, my main (I started building another one, already on level 30) but no runes, etc. Who in the right mind would use or try some hack, script or anykind of soft risking a ban in the account you already have a lot of skins, looted a lot? Payed more than 100 U$S for RP, more than 10 rune pages and owning most of the champions. (more than 5 years playing).

B- In fact, this rises a good question. They have told me the detection algoritms are changing all the time, being updated due to the evolution of scripts. Fine with me. What bothers me is that, if you read user terms of use, Riot can close, suspend or permaban your account without any probe of what they claim you did or used. They also told me that there isnt a single case of error in this detection. Ok, HOW can they be sure about that, if they won't recognize a single case. Which leads me to this conclusion. Riot can be a fraud. Even if they don't do it on porpuse. Don't you think? You get away. And no chance to probe anything.

C- I hope some day I can get some fix or solution for this. Since I'm building another account, I do fear this can happen again, and all my effort will mean wasted time. It's like investing without knowing when it will happen, even if you don't cheat in any way.
