This Account has been permantly suspended

no mail sent about the reason (I have acces, and checked)
1 month since the suspension (04/25/16)
Account not shared or hacked. (Last game at U.R.F. mode)
Still no anwer from RIot. Except a copy / paste about using scripts, hacks or 3º party software.
more than 5 years playing from this account.

I said (support) I'm willing to send any data. (...)

Is there any way to fix this? I'll be extremely happy.

As stated before it would be best just to send in a support ticket (just not multiple) and keep replying back about wanted the support ticket elevated if need be about the suspension.

Eventually you will get a response and should help clear things up for you. What happened though I am unsure. And wish you the best of luck in figuring this out. It may take some time for them to respond to your ticket though, just be patient.

It's not about the money, it's the time invested to have almost all champions and 10 rune-pages. Etc. (more than 5 years) that hurt.

Check your settings on the boards. Make sure it's the same e-mail shown there. Hackers change that first (if that ends up to be what happened.)

It's fine. Already checked that. I mean, is the same one. Also, I forgot to mention. Never used any programs for skins. I have being reading about them here.

Just keep ~~spamming~~ replying to player support then. It sometimes takes a bit to get someone to answer on this topic. Hopefully a red sees your post here and helps you out :)~~~~

Don't spam it. There's lots of tickets being submitted for stuff like this, and resubmitting it over and over again doesn't make it any easier on Support. Respond to the messages you get from Support until you can get a clear answer.

I meant replying to the ticket when you get it back from them with a robot response. I apologize, I should have been more clear. Thanks^^ I shall edit it.
