Why did you even open a thread for this? xD What is there to report? ''Omg, riot, these people swapped lanes, permaban them''. Unless they intentionally did it to troll/feed there's nothing to report. That's like people who insult you for kill stealing, even if done on purpose, there's no category for that.

because some guy told me it was now a ban able offense and i couldn't find anything about such so i asked the all-knowing forums.

If both parties agreed to this there is nothing banable about this Situation.

Actually it could be ban able as dumb as that sounds. Riot specifically said that playing a roll other then the one you were selected to play is ban able. If someone on the team wanted to report it could be something.

If your team agrees to it, NOTHING is bannable. Playing a role other than your selected one is bannable IF your team does not agree to it.

For example, lets say I put in 'fill', but I'm an asshole that can't actually play all the roles, so I decide to go double jungle instead of supporting. That is bannable. That is making the game worse for your team.

Now, let's say I put in support, or something, but our jungler says "I'm really bad at playing against champion X that they picked, can anyone switch with me?" and I offer to switch. That is teamwork. There is nothing bannable about teamwork.
