What is this "You can't get rewards" thing I'm seeing?
I don't get it. I'm still getting chests, and I'm on my last punishment before permaban. What are these guys talking about?

If you're receiving chest then you are in fact not on your last punishment, it means your account has reformed into a good standing. Glad that you were able to reform I myself am trying right now too. This means that 2 week ban was tier 3 punishment, you have to drop to a good standing, meaning you have to have no tier punishments against you. (From my understanding). Now I know you can reform quickly if there is a huge difference in your conduct in game. Which is awesome, I had a friend that got the same as you Tier 3, he reformed in 3 months and now is receiving his rewards.
