Pings work well enough to convey gameplay strategy. Maybe only allow chat for Master\Challenger tier, but the lower elos DEFINITELY don't need chat
i rare see any flame, if i do it's around 1 in 10 games.
So maybe you are doing something wrong to generate so much flame in your games.
no its the other way around High elo they know the game really well they only need pings low elo you can talk strategy with your team and if u see someone in your elo wich is low elo build wrong or play wrong you can be like hey man i suggest that you build this next time so you can help them high elo dont need help they all know what they are doing
