So on my previous account, I got 2 chat restrictions, a 2 week ban and then a perma

but on this one, I got a 10 game CR, Then a 25 Game CR, Then another 25 game CR, and now I got a 10 day CR? I just made this acc like 2 months ago?? What's happening. Shouldn't i be banned
