Chat toxicity (flaming, zero tolerance) Gameplay toxicity (inting, trolling) Extremely excessive afk (that trigger manual review) Inappropriate name 3rd party software violation Boosting/account sharing

Also scripting/hacking/botting is an instant permaban, but 3rd party partially covers that. Trying to bait someone into zero tolerance is also instant permaban.
All offences are permabannable. Some only after warnings, others immediately.

Direct permaban will be the use on unauthorized 3rd party programs and fraud charges.
Anything else goes through the escalating punishment system and can eventually get people permabanned if they did it often enough.
