Turns out I just didn't know that it's represented by dinky little icons with no animation or notification in the post-game lobby chat. I know where to look now, but what do y'all think: should honor received maybe be a bit more visible?
It clearly shows on the end game screen what honors you got received, and how many. Also if you get three or more you'll tell because it does some flare which is clearly visible
There's actually an animation for when each individual honor that you get appears, and there's even a sound effect along with it. I think it's pretty noticeable.

It's already rather visible, it could afford more visibility (like post lobby notifications like before) but that would more or less be unnecessary.
honor should be recieved nonetheless, but players are awfuly stingy with giving honors, i feel like I am slaving away to get some honor but nobody is using it, thanks riot for making another thing make me hate the players of lol and all of humanity even more(as a sidenote i am laways honouring somebody at the end of the match)
