Vote to kick. Just like original DOTA.

There should be implemented a vote to kick option during champ select just like there was in original DOTA. If a player acts like a troll in champ select and players are able to kick him from game before it even starts this would solve a heck of a lot of problems. It sucks when you know a certain player on your team already shows signs in champ select that they will be negative or toxic. So why not be able to remedy the problem before it ruins gameplay for everyone else on the team? Trolls are too big of a problem in this game and nothing is done to fix it. Sure you give out a chat restriction here and there but what does that solve? The person's personality doesn't change it just makes them be able to talk less for a few games. Let the players be in control of who they want to play with. If someone wants to act like a troll then they should get treated as such. If we as players are able to vote to kick people during champ select I bet alot of people would actually change behaviour cause no one would ever play with them and hopefully the said troll would quit the game entirely.
