Add a vote to kick system in champ select. If someone wants to act like a troll then they can get treated like one and booted from games. Why is this not implemented? It would solve the problem of overpopulated trolls and game ruiners that seem to permeate League. DOTA piggybacking off the WC3 engine was smart enough to have a vote to kick system and that's 15 years ago. Get with the program Riot!!

<kick>Yeah let's add vote to kick when dynamic queue exists! Totally wouldn't be a bad idea to let premades kick players just so they can get a new game. Sounds fantastic!

The concept would work in those games because it actually works for their community. Their player base contains enough upstanding human being to make it work and drive out trolls, whereas in this community it'd be the other way around because dynamic queue not just the # of trolls but how they're all accumulated in lower league, making it impossible for upstanding players who are in higher elo to take part in the system suggested.
I do think a vote kick in champ select would be a nice addition, but it wouldn't be some magic fix. Honestly, it probably wouldn't accomplish much of anything. Trolls would just act normal until they got into the game. At least now you can dodge.
