How punishable does riot feel this is.

So i decided to play Shockmaster Hecarim. Fun build. pretty off meta. My master Yi proceeds to flame me all game once he sees the build and then then afks in the pool and then instead of just leaving the game he just sits there and continues to harass me.

It was a game where the only 2 people left playing were me and my duo. We actually played to the end of the match but the Yi sat in spawn and flamed me and the other 2 just left the game.

100% punishable

All you can really do is report. It may not lead to a ban or punishment if he has no prior negative reports. But it will start stacking and if he/she keeps up this attitude it will lead to a ban or another form of punishment.

certainly will be punished by leaver buster, but I've seen someone get 14-day banned for such behavior on these very boards.

It's 100% punishable. There's two legs of the punishment trifecta already; harassment and not playing the game.

I cannot guarantee that they would be punished right after the game, but it strikes me as highly unlikely this was an isolated incident for the Yi if all it takes to throw a hissyfit is an odd build choice.

Mute, report, and move on.

Are you asking if your off-meta is punishable; or that the Yi and others went afk?

If it's the former; not punishable -- off meta is encouraged by Riot (supposedly, although they tend to nerf/gut champions that don't 'fit' into their defined meta but I digress).

If it's the latter; definitely punishable as griefing/harassment/quitting
