Chat ban system is broken, makes competitve ranked "Safe Zones"

TL;DR people get triggered by me asking them to stop feed, report me for toxic then I get chat banned

This is all ranked games, I don't really care what my teammates do in Normal games.

I am a fairly new LOL player (about 3 months seriously), and been climbing the ranks. I went from B5 to S5 now in about a month. I just got a chat ban for 10 games, its pretty silly actually I am usually encouraging people to play better in my games.

I play support role only, so from this role I can see a lot of how the game is going and also it means I am most dedicated for my team to win. Everyone queues in ranked games wants to win and gain ranking points, this is not learning or casual mode.

So basically, I was chat banned for being toxic, in reality I am just having my team play better, and yes calling out mistakes when the happen. So basically, on the games I was reported, I sit in lane and support so my ADC gets good farm, and the ADC ends up feeding. Then the top lane is going like 0-10. I don't report anything about other people playing bad, I just tell them to stop feeding and explain to them that feeding will lose us the game.

Some people do not like to be criticized at all, and even if they are dying every 2 minutes like clockwork, you tell them to stop feeding and they call you toxic. This is a team game, if you look at any team game, there is pressure and you should get negative feedback from your teammates if you are doing bad. Some people simply cannot learn, if they are 0-5, that they need to play with the team, or be cautious and stay behind. I tell people like this to be careful.

For example, in a game my ADC is like 0-6, no enemies showing on the map and hes pushing up far in a lane solo. So I will ping him like 4x to go back, give verbal warning : "go back now" Then they ignore me, and end up dying 10 seconds later, I tell them they are bad for not listening and feeding, then they sometimes unleash full homophobic/cursing rant and act like I am the bad guy. I don't report other people, its not my goal to get someone punished by Riots banning system, I am simply trying to get a win. However these people do report me for calling them out on their repeated mistakes. I tell them you should listen they are being selfish. People get mad when you call them out for feeding. These people call me toxic, when in reality its the opposite, they are ensuring a loss for 4 other teammates, while I am trying to get them to stop so we have a chance to win. If a player is not feeding or doing bad, I won't tell them what to do or not to do. Only players that are being bad I will try to put them in line to stop feeding or play with team, when they are specifically doing bad actions I try to correct them

So anyways, I am chat banned now, and its depressing because I am actually trying to win games, supporting EVERY game as fill, getting pink wards, making sure the ADC can farm and heal him for every misstep, then I am chat banned now trying to help my team.

This chat ban system is clearly very flawed, in the games it linked that I was banned for, they completely ignored

1. the chat my team said to me which I did not report (usually stuff completely cursing, or saying they are going to feed, or homophobic rant)
2. the team scores of the people I am talking to. Usually top laner 0/12 who keeps pushing solo lane and dying, adc who suicides trying to trade for support, etc. I never feed in any of my games, if you look at my score history, I am rarely/never feeding, even in losing games http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA1/210944616

how is it toxic to tell a teammate to stop feeding and ruining the game for 4 other people? With this chat ban system. this seems like its some mega safe space, where you aren't allowed to say anything critical and have to be artificially positive in games. Like seriously what ranked competition isn't allowed to be critical of teammates or performance? you have to high 5 everyone even if they are 0-15 and tell them to keep positive and keep trying and they are doing nothing wrong.

If you don't like what I have to say, just mute me, I don't see why I need a ban. Why aren't the other players banned for going 2/9/1 ADC or 3-14 top?

Here is the exact chat log quote. I admit I slightly went too far, when I said "dumfk," and "dumbass" which is a little over the top since I do not like to use an insult. However it was a direct reply that he was dumb that he said I didn't land hooks, when I did land a few. So he has to be dumb or a troll to stay that. If you look in context to what they were replying it wasn't that far out of line. This is exact copy paste of Riot email saying I was banned. Keep note, this is like 3 separate games they quoted me for, but in the email it doesn't make a distinction between games. I think 2 of the games was 4v5 (our teammate was d/c from the beginning) thats why I was saying since our team feeds hard, and its 4v5, we can't win.
