Dear Riot: Honor is broken

I think the honor system is ok, but there is 1 major flaw in the honor system which is how you gain honor. Did I say anything that would make me deserve to lose honor, sure, the fact in the matter isn't that I think the losing honor part of the system is broken, but gaining it back. I lost honor 2 12 days ago this time and haven't even gotten 1 checkpoint back.

I have stayed nice to others for 34 games 16.7 hours and NOT 1 CHECKPOINT. You have any idea how fustrating it is that 1 honor in the past 34 games feels to me? 16.7 hours 1 honor.

I do feel like that it is because I am playing flex because I want that double gold rank. Riot needs to disable an option to honor your premade in flex because 90% of the honors are for premade teammates.

I also am not facing people of my skill level, but that is a topic for another day.

I think gaining honor is not by the number of games, but how long you remain a positive person. If it was game based, people would probably grind the crap out of it and reach 5 in no time, but they could still be toxic here and there. Making it over the course of a few months supposedly earns you honor because your keeping your cool consistently for such a long time. Just a theory ;3

honor is shit anyway. all you get are key shards when dont mean jack unless you got chests. and if you have no free chests available you have to either buy them or you are sol. honor needs to be more incentive. otherwise there is really no point in gaining honor.

yea ... 34 games is no where close to enough to gain a check point.

try 3 times that amount.

Honor also progresses more depending on your in-game chat, and whether you get team honor bonus. Not by getting honored alone.

I do not get why so many people have disliked my post. The issue I mentioned is that I have been getting high letter scores after most of my games the past games, no honors, no checkpoint. I have tried my best to be kind during games and I see no progress with honor checkpoints.

Also disabling honors for the people you queue up with is a good idea because they get nothing from it anyways so just disable it and let the player decide to honor 1 of the randoms instead.
