I am not here to whine or complain about it. I completely accept and agree I deserve it, if i were to get it. First off, do you only get Leaverbustered if someone reports you? Second, it goes warning, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, then what? Third, assuming you become ineligible to earn Hextech loot, how long does this last?
Nope, the Leaver Buster system is automated and will punish people whether they are reported or not. I'm fairly certain that the reports are to help the system detect people that are trying to fool it.

As for the Hextech Eligibility, the articles don't seem to cover that. I imagine that the ineligibility period for getting a LPQ is much smaller than for a chat restriction or ban, but I'll have to ask around.
