Just posting this to rant

When you decide to play a ranked game and the jarvan top lane literally does not know how to play that champion or lane. Runs straight into the xin zao, dies, repeat. Goes to run away, places flag, runs to the flag then Q's it. You gank the xinzao and he places the flag and then while full health watches me die then runs way instead of hitting the xin zao once. I wish ranked was focused on how the individual does and not rank them based on other people playing like garbage.
