An idea to highlight unacceptable/acceptable behaviour.

So just got off of Riot Support due to a player who was like "Easy in allchat after winning vs them isn't reportable because only low elo and wimps like you would report for that. You're all trashtalking about me by saying i'm toxic so i'm going to be reporting you for being toxic against me."

-That's a summary of the stuff he said. Oh also "Stay Gold" at the end. (lol)

So i came up with a small tip idea that could pop up in some area of the client, especially for players who have been slapped with suspensions recently to help them maintain a good behaviour because i've felt the ban hammer myself (not permanent) and it felt pretty yearning to get back into the game. Was pretty scared for my account for a while too until i developed a system to fend off assholes without having to keyboard-fight them.

So how about a small tip that comes up, similarily to how we have the "Did you know?" tooltips in the loading screen but ofcourse, this would be on the Client outside of the game so it doesn't get in the way.

Here are a few examples:

"Did you know? - 6000 players reformed from past suspensions last year on this day in your region and were never punished again to this day."

"Did you know?" Players who were sportsmanlike and received constant honors were rewarded with (Insert upcoming Honor rework compensation) for their contribution."

Even "Did you know?" - "While saying "Easy" in allchat may not sound all that bad, it is diminishing the efforts of the opposing team and is therefore, a punishable offense."

Or "Your country has the most amount of Honors per player in your respective Region. We hope you keep up with the Elite!"

I don't know. Just an idea so people aren't so blind towards how the ruleset works.
