Does changing letters in swear words actually bypass report features?
I get a lot of people who flame me and say things like fvck, sh1t, etc. Does that actually change anything? Because I really think that it's not fair if it does.

Nope just bypasses the chat filter. You can still report for language.
if it is just fvck and sh1t, those get detected, as they are used commonly enough. The really new ones probably won't until more people start reporting it.
