This guy was a complete joke and a waste of a paycheck. His system is beyond flawed and all I have to say is good riddance to him, and hopefully all the people who love his ban system will follow him.
He wasn't fired. He left for family issues. You are an asshole. He made the game clean for a very long time- or at least as clean as it could have been.
Judging by how you talk about him, I'm going to guess that you were banned, in which case the system was working perfectly.

He really didn't acknowledge the level of toxicity in this game. At one point he was trying to downplay it and it was a horrible farce.
I can't say that I'm not glad he's gone. I'd rather have someone admit that it's a huge problem and they're doing something about it than someone who thinks 'more people are saying gg after a game instead of bg' is progress. I'm paraphrasing there, but he actually said that. Like that is some form of improvement in the behavior of players.
