My recent ticket to Riot
Dear Riot,
Another game, another feeder. You have continued to allow this behavior in game and many of my friends have stopped playing this season. I think I will also leave the community if you do not pay attention to our forum posts, tickets and requests. AND YOU COMPANY DOES NOT. I have the distinct feeling your company is not listening to it's community.
I am sending the replay of player "-erased for confidentiality-" Please watch as he stands at turrets during fights, even when the nexus is going down he walks past it, visits lanes in order to die... this is a true feeder and said he would during champ select. Again, please look at the words he uses during champ select; this is a premeditated behavior.
I have a right, after this lopsided 20 minute waste of time, to know if you have punished this behavior. I don't care what your rules say, this behavior is absolutely feeding and must be punished. Those people affected by this should be compensated by the knowledge that you have done something to stop it.
I also feel like i should have the right to tell the abuser that I am reporting him, and to ask others to report him. This is a deterrent to the offending player, and should, if he has a consciousness, make him feel bad and aware of his actions. In this replay, i had no other choice than to ask for help in reporting this feeder. My understanding is that I need everyone on the team to help make it clear to you what is going on, because I don't have any proof or feedback letting me know you are listening to me one report at the end of the match.
You know? It's just a computer game. I'd be laughing at this abuser, but your company claims to be a professional moba: serious gameplay. Well? Riot you need to start making Ranked play look like a professional atmosphere. The community is shaped by your guidelines and behavior.
I expect to be told what you will do about this, and that you punished this player. I have dozens of games with feeders and verbally abusive players, and have a right to be told that justice was done. Do you understand? Does that make sense to you?
