What does it take to get level 2 honor?

I had honor 5 last season, got my very first toxicity related punishment late last season and it's gone now. It was just a honor reset and chat ban for a few games.

I've been level 1 honor for ages though even though I get honored consistently an the client gives me stuff for being honored but it never increases.

I dont think you can honestly, they make it waaaaaaaaaaaay too hard to climb up after a punishment.

a friend of mine is playing 5 months now and she reached the 3/3 milestone. so i guess it takes around 6 months?
