Has this ever happened to you?

Today I just had a game where the enemy team had all smite and 4 of them were trolling and they had the club tag "YAMA GOD OF DEATH" They invaded our jungle and kept on roaming around, not even staying in their lanes. They were taking the troll victim's jungle and were probably getting executed or int feeding. Riot, can you do something about this?
