So just had a match where I was the designated jungler, I lock in Aatrox cause I actually like that champ, but unbeknownst to me our LAST pick who was designated as our mid laner just auto locks Rek'Sai immediately upon them getting the prompt from the client.

I'm forced to go mid lane cause this little bitch twat wasn't saying ANYTHING, and I'm against a damn Brand as well.

Well guess what!? I was literally the ONLY person on my team to win their lane, and our Rek'Sai who STOLE jungle from me and destroyed any semblance of a team comp didn't do anything AT ALL until the enemy jungle Voli was 5/0/2.... not even against me so I'm not complaining about getting camped while my jungler doesn't gank or anything, I was smart and warded and played safe as a fucking melee against a Brand! He literally just didn't do ANYTHING!

The come mid game guess who's making all the bad plays, getting caught constantly, and never with the team or doing anything useful? DINGDINGDING! REK'SAI!!!!

And I doubt he was trolling cause he was talking shit to our Kog'Maw most of the game, our literal ONLY hope at winning that game as a protect the Kog team comp, but our bot got utterly destroyed so he was weak as shit.

The best part though? Was that only me and Kog seemed to even care at all that this Rek'Sai was our weakest link and stole my role only to destroy any semblance of a team comp and force us into a bad situation as full AD bruisers/tanks against a Zac AND a Voli, and Morg even defended him at one point making clear note of them being in chat together....

Meaning him locking in jungle was a clear decision and probably by a tripleQ so the asshat could get away with it, not too mention he was obviously being boosted to hell and back again cause he obviously had no fucking clue how to jungle...... like wtf is my luck?

if you're going to lock in a singular champ and position no matter what, at least have the courtesy to tell your team

i mean it's still a dick thing to do but at least warn whoever's role you're taking, I'd think they could AT LEAST do that? Say "yeah sorry bud you can report me if you want to but I'm locking in reksai and going jg whether you like it or not" he'd still be a dick but at least you wouldn't be stuck mid lane with aatrox

Does anyone know, if you report someone for stealing your lane, do they actually get punished? I would hope that they would but I don't know.

In terms of ranked champ select, it is able to be auto detected and is definitely bannable (Reddit post linked due to Lyte's tweets being protected). The best option is to utilise the end of game report feature (unsportsmanlike conduct with an explanation in the comments box of what happened), as consistent end game reports are the only way to ensure a player gets punished.
