How about this?
Riot adds an extra penalty for people who dodge when all picks are locked in. Just had 3 dodges in a row that occurred 1 second before champ select ended. I'm so sick of this.

What if the last pick someone chooses something troll and says im going to feed? They dont deserve an extra punishment just because the troll was last pick and not first pick
