A Message to People who Want to Flame Their Team

Thought I'd just say that if your team is doing bad, or they aren't exactly good, please don't flame them. Try to encourage them to practice and give them tips. And I can say from personal experience that flaming doesn't get you anywhere, it just tears people down and discourages them. So try building people up and not tearing them down.

I'd settle for players who listen when I try to help them. Who apologize when they flame me... who can act like real human beings.

Its a cycle: Player A flames Player B for a simple mistake Player B stresses out and plays WORSE (Not Better as you like to believe) Player A flames Player B for the NEW mistakes. Player B tilts and makes more mistakes Process repeats untill Match is Lost Player A calls on Everyone to "Report the feeder" Player B

Rinse and Repeat In the next match.

We all have to remember that we were all new at one point, and even the best players tend to make mistakes. The best thing to do is try to offer positive feedback or encouragement if they make a mistake.

And more importantly, try to remember it's just a game, it's supposed to be fun!
