Four-Man Toxic Premade Report

Hey everyone, I was just done playing one of the most toxic one for all matches I have ever played in a while and I just need a couple of tips regarding my situation. So to give you brief context, I started the game and picked Zed when everyone else picked someone, I did not know my teammates were premades, but when we unexpectedly got Zed, they were very mad. One of them was cursing me but I couldn't see what he was saying because it was starred, then they said if I do not go in mid lane alone they will start feeding intentionally. I originally called top and was going to stick to my position because that's how it's been and I was not going to get abused out of my first pick. So here is the first question: Does Riot look at the pregame chat when they receive a report? Because that's where the most toxicity was being exihibited. We go into the game against 5 Karmas, they all follow me to my lane, spam emotes, pings, and laughs, while calling me "jackass" among other insults that were starred, while encouraging the enemy team to abuse me as well. I muted them all, but they kept feeding and trolling, going to enemy fountain and dying, mocking me as I try to make an effort to keep the game intact. I did not complain, I did not engage in any verbal encounter with any of them, i just exchanged 2-3 sentences with the enemy team telling them oh yeah they are mad i picked zed that's why this is happening. The players' names were: <removed by moderation> (was not abusive or toxic, did not flame me, was just inting around). My second question is: Will Riot be able to detect intentional feeding from their behaviour? Because that's what they were doing all game to spite me and ruin the only game I managed to get to play Zed in one for all. After the game, they kept inviting me to a premade game, which is usually when they activate voice chat and start abusing me, so I declined. They spammed me with friend requests, so I only accepted one from <removed by moderation> to ask him to refrain, and he asked if i wanted "to join them so I could get flamed more", to which I asked him nicely not to engage in such behaviour in the future and blocked him and his premades. I feel very hurt and upset by this encounter, and I usually do not handle situations like these very well especially when I am outnumbered and getting abused by more than 3 people, and I am surprised with myself at how I did not tilt or get triggered. I do not want to draw sympathy by saying I suffer from mental illness, but I just want everyone to understand that this game took a toll on me and I have not encountered this much toxicity in almost 3 years of playing league. In the past I have encountered 1-2 toxic players, but I have always had at least 2 teammates who would defend me or side with me, but this time I felt very helpless and I really need to ensure that Riot does something about it which is why I am here asking for help. I appreciate your understanding, and any tips or pieces of advice, no matter how little, will be very valuable to me. Thank you [cass-cry]

I've removed the names from your post, as that constitutes naming and shaming.

If you have any questions about this moderation, feel free to reach out to us in the Boards Discord.

Riot can, in a way, detect inting, and if it really happened the way you said, something will be done. However, Riot has to manually review these reports to be sure it really is inting and not just a bad game.

I also hope when reporting, you checked "hate speech" and "verbal abuse", as with the filter on you can't be sure what they're saying.

Never, NEVER, accept a friend request/party invite from players who were toxic. Whether to you, a teammate, or the enemy team. Simply because if they're toxic in one game then they're usually toxic in others. And, if it was directed at you, they're clearly just going to keep being toxic to you if you accept the invites/requests.

Finally. If they're a 4-man premade, and got Zed because only YOU picked him......... they had no right to even get mad as obviously at least one of them picked something other than what they wanted. You need 4 of the same choice to get a majority vote, otherwise there's at least a 20(?)% chance of getting a champion only one person has voted for.

If they wanted to get mad at anyone, they should've gotten mad at the friend(s) who didn't choose what they wanted to play. [sg-lulu]

As someone who plays with tons of toxic people, I'm sorry. But you should know that they do get punished. Out of the four toxic people I play with the most, two of them have been permabanned three times, and the other two, twice.

Im probably quiting soon this game gotten to toxic. But i just mute everything. But when a duo can go 1/15 and not get reported for feeding but i do its just not worth playing.

From my experiences, it really sucks playing with 4 man premade who are toxic. I basically say nothing in chat because I know they all will report me and nything mildly toxi i will get in trouble for. A lot of people say that it doesnt matter if 4 people report you or only one but it really does matter because almost all th time I will get chat restricted if i say anything against the toxic 4 premade.

So this is not a great solution but how I deal with it is I say nothing in the chat to not get in trouble by saying something mildly toxic, and get forced into a game where 4 premade get to decide whether you surrender or not, and where either you win hard because premades carry or you lose hard by enemy team. Match making gets really bad where the matches re extremely lopsided when there are premades

Really sorry to hear that bud. You handled it perfectly at least. I hope your next experiences make up for it.

I feel no sympathy for you, and you know why? Because of your summoner name. If you had any idea what it means for some people to represent a person responsible for the death of MILLIONS of innocent civilians , you would refrain from representing that person as an Idol and choosing his name as your summoner name. So spare us the crap that you got hurt and are emotionally affected by this bs, you're either an ignorant douche yourself for identifying with a tyrant, dictator, and mass murderer, or you're in fact very naive and have no clue who Joseph Stalin really was. Either way, I'm not buying into your bs story.

Did you know .. /block stops then from sending requests to you?

If you don't want to type out their name, you can add them and immediately put them in your block list.

I am pretty sure I am not allowed to use the words I would like to use when it comes to talking the experiences I have had with 4man premade teams where I am the odd one out. But in almost all cases it resulted in a loss and me reporting at least 2 people.

As for them spamming you with friend requests. They can not spam you with requests if you don't click any of the buttons. Do not Accept, Do not Reject, and the request just stays there and they can't annoy you by spamming it. You can reject it later on when you think they given up. I have 11 unaccepted friend requests from toxic players that I just left sitting there. Maybe I accept them in a year or so and play harmless mind games with them when they long forgotten who I am.

And yes the IFS will look into the pre-game chat and post-game chat as well.

As for your question about if they can detect INTing, that depends on how obvious they made it, It is a complex topic to say for sure because Riot needs to be 100% sure that what they are doing is INTing and not just bad choices before they will punish for that. but ultimately they will be punished for INTing if they do something that is extremely obvious. or they have a trend of games where it is not as obvious but other factors start to prove the player's intent to INT.
