TPA: Toxic Players Anonymous
I'm sure most people are already aware how one of these support groups is supposed to work. (see: AA, etc)
The point of this thread is to share stories of past games that you may have made regrettable mistakes in. We can share these experiences with each other and hopefully give each other a little bit of help or advice on how to keep it cool in game for the future.
This thread is intended to purely be supportive, so no derailing or flaming will be tolerated.
I'll start this ball rolling.
Hello everyone, I'm 3SheetstotheWind. I don't really have any personal toxic stories to share technically, but i do have a couple tiny helpful tidbits I use to help me keep myself, and everyone else, cool.

Give your teammates a choice As a support main, I often like to give my ADC the choice of which support they want me to play. (out of a short list of my mains) This shows right off the bat that you have a vested interest in being cooperative and that you care what your teammates think. This doesn't just have to apply to support either. Let's say you're a top laner, maybe your team would prefer a frontline tank more than a Teemo? (No offense to Teemo mains ofc)

Break the ice Instead of just saying glhf at the beginning of the game before, the minions spawn, how about telling a bad joke to lighten the mood? Laughing is the best cure for anger!
So there you have it! Let the first inaugural TPA begin!
######I'll be checking back periodically to see how this thread is going, if it is successful I may continue this thread on a weekly basis!
