Uninstalling, WTF is this restriction?

As far as gameplay, wtf Riot. But now this is the nail in the coffin. I played in a match as Lee Sin, was doing alright, till zed fed Kat and he was 1/5 and she was some crazy number. Fed her and then blamed me for pushing his lane when all I did was last hit while he was dead. Bitched about it ALL game, and when i say all game I mean ALL GAME. till the nexus blew. I warned him several times i would mute him (i eventually did). he was trash talking me in All chat and all i said in All chat was "Why say it in All chat? they dont care...."

When the match was over, apparently he was in a 4 man premade..... cause I got reported for saying nothing wrong, closest thing I did was tell him to stop Bitching. Thats all i asked.

What do I get the next game? (no previous notification, mind you) As I go to type "GL HF" I get this message for "Due to recent negativity on this account, you have been restricted from All chat. This would last me 10 games? no fukin way. How, by your logic, am I banned from All chat, when through the WHOLE GAME, all i said in ALL CHAT was "Why Say it in all chat? they dont care..."? Makes ZERO SENSE. If the most toxic thing I said in game was "stop bitching" was in team chat, and I didnt really even USE all chat, why am I ONLY banned on ALL chat and not on team chat?

As if the game has been failing to provide me sustainable enjoyment wasnt bad enough, I get personally shit on by everyone else? Is this appropriate? no way. Either this is removed or Im gone. When I found that out last game, i was so tilted and quite frankly depressed I feel as though my game was a bit thrown from the start. But Riot doesnt make mistakes do they? Of course not. So in the event that this isnt corrected.
