Can we get a new notification: "A player you reported has reformed"?

We get a notification when our report was the one that triggered a punishment, but what about an up-beat notification for the flip side of that? When someone was punished, but then gets their act together and reforms, wouldn't seeing their progress help us to realize people can change and that the system works for that too?

I guess I'm just looking for something a little bit more positive from the report system.

Pointless as it can take anywhere from a month to infinity for an individual to be considered "reformed".

How about: "a player you reported finally gave up and now trolls Call of Duty: Black Ops III"

I don't see the point in a seemingly random notification possibly months or over a year after the initial report. A monthly "report card" which gives you regional and personal statistics on the results of reports, something like that maybe.

in order for those notifs to work, rito would have to store all the data involving who reported who and keep it for months or even years.

im no expert at programming but im guessing that on top of that, the code for generating the notifs would have an extremely inefficient algorithm that gets slowed down exponentially with the number of players involved in report system

That would also mean riot would have to give a concrete definition of what they considered "reformed" to be. Something they shy and run away from all of the time....ask a rioter.....see what type of response you get.....chances are it will be vague and unhelpful.
