Permabanned cuz of one game

So I was banned for two-weeks two months ago. And two weeks after the 2-week suspension I was permabanned. I know I had improved but there was this one game where a player in my team kept on bashing me, so I kept on telling him to shut up and just play. Thats pretty much all I said, I guess I was arguing with the Lee by telling him to shut up multiple times. I contacted Riot Support and they said you can get permabanned for one game if you violate the summoners code severely. I feel like it was unjust because I know I had improved after my 2-week ban and there was just one time I kinda went off. I would really like help on my case and I know I will get hate on this thread because the community does not like people who are banned. I still appreciate your guys feedback if you read all of it.

Know how the punishment system works? There's a chat restriction, another chat restriction, a 2-week ban, and a permaban, in that order. You can skip the earlier punishments if your behavior is bad enough, and it takes a few months for your "watch level", as it were, to drop one tier. Any punishable infraction that occurs while you are still in one of the punishment tiers moves you up to the next one.

That's what happened here; you were still at the "2-week ban" level, and you got validly reported again (that chat log is rather more toxic than you seem to think it is, but not enough to skip tiers all by itself), thus permaban.

One of the things you do not seem to understand is punishable is discussing trolls and reporting while in-game. Talking about these topics will almost always lead to additional negativity. You can strategize with your team about how to play around a troll, but specifically discussing that person and their behavior does not accomplish anything productive. There is no need whatsoever to mention the word "report" in a game. If you mention it to the person, the most likely thing they're going to do next is make it even worse. If you're going to report someone, do it, but don't say anything. One report is enough to flag the game for review.
