Recently i started to tilt so much during games, i don't remember myself being like that i was like the one who never press yes to surrender , and now it's me who waits the 20:00 pop to press surrender last game i was about to ragequit and flame but i just tried to hold my self and i also i didnt want to do that because if i did , i wouldve got perma banned that game . Dont know what happend but i just became like those riven players who would spam ff20 and troll intentionally when they give first blood or their jungler die to the ennemy laner or smth like that , and players or the game itself started to piss me off even more than before. I'm lost and dont know what i should do

Stop playing. If you play often each day, and you tend to get mad in solo queue because you don't know who you are playing with or anything about those players, then the easiest solution is to just simply stop playing. Just drop your mouse, keyboard, quit for a break if things are not going your way. That's usually how I deal with tilt, very effective. Go on with your day, don't get mad, get individually strong if you play by yourself.

Eat chocolate, drink tea. Recite, redo, replenish.

Don't play try hard champions, play ones like Illaoi or Zac, ones that are fun, pretty derp and have good voices.

A fantastic way I deal with tilt is after the game I'm currently playing I would go take like a 30 minute break and maybe watch some youtube and get a snack. If you are stuck in a game and are tilting also sometimes it doesn't help when your teammates are telling you to turtle or to just farm all game so mute the annoying ones. The best strategy is to just take a deep breath and forget about everything that happened before then and pretend you are having a good game. I know it sounds weird but if you think you are having a good game, you will play better and smarter instead of being greedy for CS or for kills to catch up. Hope this helps :)

I've had this issue. I just stop playing LoL. I go play Doom and kill shit. I'll listen to heavy metal or aggressive rap. I'll go to my bed and do bed stuff that's relaxing.

Just don't play league.

Take a break and do something else is just one idea. Me personally I just go play a much calmer game, though calmer to me is something like a TBS game (Civilization is my best example for this). Or maybe just listen to music instead.

Actually I've seen this happen to myself and other people who I never thought would be ragers. Not sure why it's so very bad, or why there hasn't been a solution for it yet. Blizzard seems to have good ways of mitigating this.

  1. ARAM is good. It's random, so there's a higher chance to "get lucky". Also it's shorter, so the losses don't feel so bad
  2. Definitely take a break for a while. It's good to find other things to do that are fun, too. I find that after a break I usually get a few wins and I "realize it's not that bad"
