Though well programmed, these bots still give away their nature through repeating patterns and being incapable of abstract thinking and cooperation. Its getting really obnoxious when i go into queue with a couple friends expecting a pvp game and getting an intermediate level coop vs ai game...
Report them after the game for scripting/third party and if possible add a comment on how you knew they were a bot (ex: ran it down, bought all boots, used no spells, ect.) They do ban the bots in waves, but they need our help to improve detection and fine tune to separate the bots from genuine new players.
If you're playing against bot accounts at level 30 then your MMR must be atrocious. If it's sub-level 30 then just tough it out, collect your 30 kills per game, raise your MMR and never worry about playing against them again.
Honestly, I'd rather have bots on my team/the enemy team than people sometimes... at least bots aren't toxic and will actually engage :)
As someone playing mainly ARAM (about 3000 games on two accounts) i personally have not seen bots in like 3 seasons there. AFKs, toxics and trolls on the other hand.....

Some signs: during the loading screen bot accounts don't show any rune setup. Their named have only caracters, no numbers. And of course no member of teams. Finally they are quite easy to detect.
