I'd say, "no". The reason they changed it from the optional Client thing to be a bold pop-up post-match is because they wanted people to actively think about Honoring another player. The Client Honor dropdown was seldom used, and its general invisibility as an icon next to a player's name contributed to that.

I always try to honor someone, even if its just for the simple act of staying calm. one thing I will never do is honor the person who carried, unless they deserve to b honored

Is it really killing you, or so nerve killing thing to just press the button every game? it takes only 1-2 secs to do so
