Calling someone this way is PURE discrimination. You assimilate a group of people and the player as being bad people for having their illness. Whoever calls anyone this way should be immediately sanctioned, this is in my opinion the same level as telling someone to kill himself to me.
I think when people use this kind of language they're actually using it as a reference to the fact that these things suck like hell, I don't really think the intent is to call all people with autism or cancer bad people.
