I don't know why, but I am still level 2 on the honor. I started the season with a level 2, three checkpoints. I played 100000 games and now I am level 107!! I DID NOT LEVEL UP. I AM NOT TOXIC. I didn't level up, and it doesn't show any lock on my honor level. Can you guys tell me how is it going?

It's the dumbest system ever invented by a gaming company to try and solve a problem because they really don't want to solve the problem or they would make something that actually had a purpose to do so. You can make as many accounts as you want. That right there defeats the whole purpose of this sorry AF Honor System but those at RIOT are the smartest dumb people in the world and they must think it's the greatest thing ever invented or they just aren't smart enough.
Do 100000 more games and maybe u will hit that lvl 3 :D
You advance in honor as long as you're being non-negative. So anything that is neutral or better behavior will mean you'll advance in honor.

That's negative behavior, and while you may not have been punished for either of those instances, they are negative and will slow or reverse your honor progress.
