How many reports in one game are required to get someone instantly punished?

whenever i play with someone whos inting / being extremly toxic i make sure to report them at the end of the match. some months ago I played with a wukong who spent all the game throwing homophobic slurs at me cuz I wasnt doing too great, everyone on my team reported him and maybe some of the enemy team (since he was flaming in all chat). a few seconds After that game i got a notification saying that action was taken against the player, i was wondering how many reports in one game are required to take instant action... (since ive run into worse players but i was the only one reporting, and got no notification)
