TFW when Riot doesn't give a fuck if you were hacked or not.

I literally showed them the different IP addresses that logged into the account and they didn't give a shit. xD

If you think you were hacked, you can ask them to transfer you to the fraud department for an account review.

But if you did anything such as account sharing (or were just toxic yourself), I suggest you not waste anyone's time.

They can't know for sure if your account was really hacked. And since the "hacker" displayed excessive toxicity on your account, the riot team figured it was just you, but to be safe, they won't un-ban you because they don't know 100% if you were actually hacked.

Different IP addresses don't mean much. If I played on my laptop and went down to a Starbucks to play, I would have a different IP address there. Additionally, some setups give you a new IP address every single time you turn on your computer. If it was different MAC addresses it would be much more damning. It is why Riot/most major game companies have gone away from IP banning, because it is so easy to get a different IP address.
