People that claim "You don't lose your games because of your teammates!" are ignorant.

Title.

If there's something I've been seeing on the forums ALL the time, it's people that would defend a brick if it had feelings. No, not every game is lost because of teammates, but if you're a solo Support main like I am, you start to open your eyes and realize that no matter what you do, you still lose because your Riven lost both turrets at Minute 15 solely because she is too BAD to hold her lane. We were carrying bot lane with 4 kills advantage and had to help her out on top lane, and she STILL couldn't do a single god damn thing for herself. But that's not even my problem, we all have bad games...

But you people out there that apparently lost their eyesight at a young age of 10 are my problem. You turn your eyes away and pretend that "you only lost your games because you made a mistake!".

Tell that a Support main in the face. Tell them that they made the gamechanging mistake of queueing up as Support in the first place.

I'm not saying I couldn't fix this. I could easily get myself a premade ADC for 50 bucks who will hypercarry all my games to fix the total incompetence either my mid or top laner puts to show, but is that a solution? No, it isn't.

TL;DR You're not getting an award for best SJW fellatio, so please don't pretend that every person that REALLY struggles with teammates in Bronze/Silver/Gold elo is a liar.

It really depends on how everyone played.

I can't agree with you on the absolute statement "People that claim "You don't lose your games because of your teammates!" are ignorant"

"not every game is lost because of teammates" is something I can agree with.

My main roles are mid and sup so I completely understand where you're coming from. Sometimes your teammates are the problem but sometimes you make bad plays and you could have done something different.

The only thing you can do is try to keep a cooperative environment because no one likes being called bad, no one likes being called stupid, etc... You can try and give constructive criticism to your teammates so that they improve their game while you're playing with them and hope they listen, but they'll never listen if you come at them with arms swinging.

Idk how people can consider that bronze players dont know how to do anything but when you in bronze tell them the same thing when you are comminicateing with your team and they are straight up ignoreing you they say why didnt you just carry them. The second you get to a tower in a split pushed lane your team recalls instead of keeping the enemy there so you get jumped on by 5 people and they wont get dragon out of it they wont get baron out of it they arent gonna get one fuck out of it except 5 farm between the mage / assassin and the adc. I do believe that i am better than the rank that i am it but i dont play the game or want to play the game to carry every game i play. I play the game for the strategy (which is gone and is now reflexes and who has the faster internet or who lives closer to riots servers) and team play (which no one gives two fucks for and if they didnt snowball early might as well ff and hope i sumble into snowball easy lane next game).

Of course you do.

Your teammates will generally suck. Because everyone sucks. So yes, they will lose it for you.

If you let them.

And there-in lies then problem.

Question is: what are you going to do about it in game mate?

Everyone that is in Bronze deals with the same pool of team mates. Yes we all lose games because of bad team mates. But so does everyone else. If person A is losing more than Person B, then it's because Person B is doing something better than person A such that his team mates do not cost him as many games.

The thought process is that you should only focus on Yourself and YOUR mistakes.

Fact is: your team mates will lose you some games. At the same time, however, there were mistakes you made in the same game that could've made that game closer.

If you're better than the people in your elo, you will climb, even when you have games that are unwinnable. You will win the majority of your games

So focus on every mistake you make, even in unwinnable games. You'll find that some of the games that look unwinnable turn into games you can, and do, win.

I was just on a bad streak, and tilted really hard. I was mad at myself and at my team mates, and as a result, I was playing terrible. So I took an hour long break, calmed down and said to myself "I know I'm better than this. I won't make the same mistakes. I know I'm better than these guys". I carried the next 2 games.

So yes, team mates will cost you some games, but if you focus on what you're doing in the game and the mistakes you made, you will win more games.

Everyone is eventually placed where they belong and yes, there are unwinnable games, but what can you do amirite?

MaeDoSan2/12/2017, 6:26:00 PM1 votes

Just duo if your supp . If you think an adc is good ask him to duo after game . If you seriously want to climb just duo or don't supp and play carry roles like jg and mid
