Threats in Champ select

First off, Someone threatened to kill my father if i "feed" and i would like to prosecute.

Secondly Id like someone to explain to me ONE MORE TIME how toxicity has gone "down"

One instance of poor behavior is not an indication of toxicity going down or up.

If you want to prosecute, you need to contact your lawyer, not the community. Though I really doubt that you'd be accomplishing anything other than wasting time and money with such a litigation.

i tried to contact riot support, but it told me post here in the forums. Obviously id be wasting my time ruining some moronic pimply kids life just to put him in juvenile detention and create yet another negative member of society, hence i didnt push to hard to find any corporate email address or call my lawyer straight away and let him contact Riot, which would be the most effective way to go.

It is a single instance, should i turn this thread into a list then? Shall i show the toxicity in every single match or just the really bad ones?

In the united states thats a punishable offense.

1.) there is no mute in champ select 2.) Its not ok to speak to people this way 3.) he didnt threaten me, he threatened my father

You are the one that is blind if you think its acceptable to behave that way. You are in for a rude awakening once your internet shield isnt there to save you. It's advice, not a threat...you should take care of what you say, though they are just words they can get you in serious trouble. Best of luck IRL
