First off, Someone threatened to kill my father if i "feed" and i would like to prosecute.
Secondly Id like someone to explain to me ONE MORE TIME how toxicity has gone "down"

One instance of poor behavior is not an indication of toxicity going down or up.
If you want to prosecute, you need to contact your lawyer, not the community. Though I really doubt that you'd be accomplishing anything other than wasting time and money with such a litigation.
